Shipping & Delivery

Vita Luxe Labs offers shipping options appropriate for laboratory research materials within the United States.

Orders that are submitted, approved, and paid by 12:00 PM CST are generally processed within the same business day. Orders submitted after the cutoff time, or on weekends and federal holidays, are processed the following business day.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final.

If an order is received with an error attributable to Vita Luxe Labs (such as incorrect items shipped), please contact us promptly by email. Verified fulfillment errors may be corrected at our discretion through replacement.

Payment must be authorized and completed prior to order processing. Vita Luxe Labs does not offer promotions, consumer incentives, or marketing-based discounts. Pricing structures reflect laboratory supply considerations only.

For non-cash transactions, an administrative handling adjustment may be included in the total amount due to offset processing and compliance-related costs. 

Viewing Order Status

Registered users may access order history and status through their account dashboard.

Guest purchasers may request order status updates by contacting us via email. Please include your order reference number to assist with verification.
