Shipping & Delivery

Vita Luxe Labs offers shipping options appropriate for laboratory research materials within the United States.

Orders submitted, approved, and paid before 12:00 PM CST are generally processed the same business day. Orders submitted after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on federal holidays are typically processed on the next business day.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, seasonal volume increases, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Shipping Delays & Tracking Updates

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays.

Tracking information may temporarily stop updating while a package remains in transit. In many cases, tracking updates resume automatically and the shipment continues toward delivery without further action.

If tracking information has not updated, please allow 7–10 business days from the last carrier scan before contacting Vita Luxe Labs. Most delayed shipments continue moving through the carrier network and are successfully delivered during this timeframe.

If your package remains undelivered after this period, please contact us and include your order number and tracking number for assistance.
