Final Sale Policy
Due to the specialized nature of laboratory research materials and strict handling requirements, all sales are final. Vita Luxe Labs does not accept returns or exchanges.
Order Accuracy & Shipping Errors
If an order is received with an error attributable to Vita Luxe Labs such as missing items or incorrect materials shipped please notify us promptly upon delivery.
Verified fulfillment errors may be addressed at our discretion through replacement of the affected items. Requests must be submitted by email and include the order reference number and a brief description of the issue.

Damaged Shipments
If materials arrive visibly damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request documentation to assist with carrier claims or internal review.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has entered the shipping process. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
No Refunds After Shipment
Orders that have shipped are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or returns, except where required by applicable law.
Limitation of Remedies
Vita Luxe Labs’ responsibility, if any, is limited to correction of verified fulfillment errors. We do not assume liability for losses, delays, or damages outside our control.
