• Ensuring personnel are properly trained and qualified

4. Order Acceptance and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Vita Luxe Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Payment must be authorized and completed prior to order processing. Once payment is submitted, orders may not be modified or corrected.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped in accordance with applicable regulations for laboratory materials.

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Vita Luxe Labs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless required by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or distribute products  for non-research purposes
• Misrepresent your affiliation  or intent
• Request or solicit prohibited  usage information
